Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience preferred.
• Ability to lead by example and meet department expectations.
• Machinery maintenance and basic hand tools proficiency required.
• Read and interpret simple instructions, memos, and manuals.
• Experience with Internet software and order processing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with workforce allocation to ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Update production schedule and change details as needed.
• Print and verify work orders for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot work orders and assist with troubleshooting.
• Load/unload bulk trucks and manage silo levels.
• Feed product to conveyors and inspect packaging quality.
• Generate labels and complete warehouse documentation.
• Operate tow motor and forklift equipment safely.
• Maintain clean production areas and conduct daily inventories.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new staff.
• Support quality audits and maintain controlled documents.
