Job summary

Ravago Manufacturing Americas is seeking a Production Team Leader in Medina, Ohio, to perform the duties of a Production Operator and support the Production Supervisor with training and daily direction of the department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with allocation of workforce to ensure daily tasks are achieved.
• Update the production schedule with applicable details of change and completion.
• Print and evaluate work orders for accuracy and completion.
• Load and unload bulk trucks; operate rail pumps and conveyors as needed.
• Maintain a clean work space and participate in physical inventory.
