Job summary

Valmont Industries, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Idaho to supervise warehouse operations and drive efficient, customer-focused outcomes.

You will determine inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate outbound logistics with drivers and carriers to ensure accurate, on-time shipments. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, assisting with shipping/receiving, and coaching staff to achieve higher performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate at all levels, internally and externally.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, QADEE, VQAD, MFGPRO and operating industrial tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse operations for efficiency and customer focus.
• Keep QADEE up to date to ensure orders are picked and packed timely.
• Maintain accurate inventory and adjust to meet dealer needs.
• Forecast demand and place timely orders to match inventory.
• Coordinate trailers, drivers, and shipment schedules for on-time deliveries.
• Assist with shipping/receiving and counting to ensure accuracy.
• Provide coaching to improve team performance.
