Job summary

Motion Industries seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in Caldwell, ID to oversee order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and overall warehouse operations. This role directs daily activities, schedules staff, and ensures inventory accuracy while maintaining equipment and safety standards.

You will coordinate deliveries, manage storage space, and provide input on coaching and performance. A high school diploma or GED and five years of related experience are required, with a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise 0-5 indirect reports.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs and stand/walk up to 8 hours daily.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs daily activities of warehouse employees.
• Delegates and assigns tasks to warehouse staff.
• Ensures inventory accuracy and efficient use of space.
• Manages order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and deliveries.
• Maintains forklift and delivery truck maintenance records.
• Schedules and directs daily customer deliveries.
