Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong computer knowledge and aptitude; experience with a Warehouse Management System preferred; SX.e knowledge a plus.
• Demonstrated knowledge of warehousing functions (receiving, unloading, picking, packing, shipping).
• Strong communication skills, problem solving, organizational ability, and teamwork.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work orders, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to work in a team environment and be self-motivated to accomplish tasks and goals.

Responsibilities

• Staff management: hiring, coaching, training, and disciplinary actions; enforce policies and productivity standards.
• Set daily productivity goals and foster a positive, collaborative culture that drives productivity and profitability.
• Support sales growth by delivering excellent customer service and supply chain solutions; ensure on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure merchandise availability.
• Direct reclamation of damaged merchandise and coordinate transportation schedules if needed.
• Oversee cross-training initiatives and collaborate with Training for new programs.
• Participate in continuous process improvement and space utilization projects; may lead automation initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key metrics (KPI) like on-time shipments, accuracy, and productivity.
