Job summary

Taurus Engineering, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Operation Coordinator to streamline the order-to-production-to-shipping cycle.

You will verify orders, check material availability, document accurately, and coordinate shipping, receiving, and inventory activities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include maintaining records, supporting audits, communicating status to Production, Purchasing and Sales, and helping keep inventory accurate and organized while adhering to safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• 2+ years in admin, shipping & receiving, or inventory in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience using an ERP/MRP system and reading PO/packing slips.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and endure warehouse conditions.

Responsibilities

• Creates, organizes, and maintains operational records and documents.
• Maintains shipping, receiving, and inventory logs.
• Verifies incoming shipments against POs and packing slips.
• Prepares outgoing shipments with proper labeling and palletization.
• Acts as primary contact for carrier pickups.
• Supports inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Communicates material availability to Production and coordinates scheduling.
• Supports document control procedures and audits.
