H To O Supply in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily warehouse and repair department operations, ensuring efficient organization, accurate handling of shipments, and timely coordination of deliveries.

You will help maintain inventory accuracy, support repair workflows, and assist with logistics planning with internal teams and external vendors. The role offers part-time hours with potential to expand to full-time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse shipping/receiving, logging repairs, delivery, retail sales and customer service.
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups, including transporting items when required.
• Receive, unpack, inspect, and store incoming shipments in designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare, pack, and label outgoing shipments efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Track shipments and ensure timely movement of goods between departments and locations.
• Assist with inventory organization and basic tracking as needed.
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth logistics operations.
