Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations and delivery team to meet quality standards.
• Inspect equipment regularly and ensure proper maintenance in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with operations to maintain QA programs and packaging standards.
• Foster continuous improvement and teamwork within the team.
• Manage inventory levels, monitor stock rotations, and coordinate with procurement for supplies.
• Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe warehouse environment.
• Analyze warehouse data and report findings to identify improvement actions.
• Handle heavy cargo weighing 20–25 kg and manage loading requirements.
• Work on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and overtime; rotate between day/night shifts.

Responsibility:
As a Warehouse Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the warehouse operation, quality control, and team management aspects of our manufacturing and materials operations. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in engineering and tooling materials, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Description:

• Cooperate and coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse and delivery team, ensuring adherence to warehouse working quality is up to standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and ensure proper maintenance in the warehouse department.
• Collaborate with the operations team to implement and maintain quality assurance programs, adhering to industry packaging standards.
• Research and develop with the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Manage inventory levels, monitor stock rotations, and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supplies of products, materials and packaging materials.
• Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment in the warehouse for all employees.
• Analyze warehouse data and reportsto identify areas for improvement and implement necessary actions.
• Required to handle heavy cargo and carry heavy goods weighing approximately 20kg to 25kg.
• Need to work on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and overtime.
• Able to work rotating shift(day/night) and overtime.
• Working Location: Pioneer.
