Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Coordinator, Warehouse Operations for our AME Operations team in Glen Burnie, Maryland. You will coordinate daily warehouse order flow from release to completion and partner with Fulfillment, Inventory, IT, and Customer Experience to resolve issues affecting order fulfillment.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehouse/logistics or related fields and experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office tools. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse, distribution center, logistics, customer service, or order management preferred.
• Warehouse, DC, or logistics experience preferred.
• Customer service or order management experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and release daily order batches in accordance with business priorities and operational capacity.
• Allocate, print, sort, and distribute orders to support efficient warehouse execution.
• Monitor order queues and batch progression to keep orders flowing without delays.
• Identify aging or stalled orders and coordinate with teams to drive timely resolution.
• Manage the shared LC Fulfillment inbox and respond to order inquiries with status updates.
• Handle exception flows, including shorted orders and other order-related issues.
• Monitor workload and communicate changing priorities to warehouse leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve daily processes and recommend practical efficiency improvements.
