Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for the Pandora AME Operations team in Maryland. You will receive, inspect, sort, process, and store merchandise, and prepare orders for customers and stores. You will use WMS, scanners, and handheld devices to complete tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities include inventory replenishments, cycle counts, audits, and ensuring safety and quality standards. You will collaborate with team members and leadership to meet productivity goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, sort, process, and store merchandise.
• Pick, pack, audit, and prepare customer and store orders.
• Perform inventory activities including replenishments, stock moves, cycle counts, and audits.
• Utilize WMS, scanners, handheld devices, and other tools.
• Maintain inventory records through system transactions and data entry.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety standards.
