Job summary

Rhythm USA in Irvine, CA is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to manage daily order flow in the Irvine warehouse. You will ensure wholesale and at-once orders are printed, picked, scanned and dispatched on time, while tracking productivity and coordinating between warehouse and other departments.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse or distribution, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with Cin7 or similar systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse, fulfillment or distribution experience.
• Experience coordinating or leading a team of pickers and packers.
• Comfortable in Excel (sorting, filters, basic formulas).
• Experience with Cin7 or similar inventory/order management systems.
• Familiarity with international shipping and export documents.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage daily deadlines.
• Clear communicator who can work with warehouse staff and office teams.
• On-site work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all wholesale and at-once orders from release through dispatch.
• Organize orders daily and allocate them to pickers.
• Track daily picking and scanning productivity by team member.
• Make sure all orders are updated in the system and dispatched each day.
• Identify stock shortages and discrepancies and work with the Operations team to resolve them.
• Support inventory accuracy through correct picking, scanning and system updates.
• Coordinate work between the warehouse and other departments, including special shipping projects for Marketing.
• Help prepare international export documentation.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as required.
• Take on other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management

• Manage all wholesale and at-once orders from release through dispatch.
