Job summary

Jay Group is seeking an Operational Coordinator to support warehouse operations and client services. You will monitor WMS progress, troubleshoot issues, and assist with order processing and reporting.

The role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and effective communication across Operations and IT teams. The position requires a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred) and 2–4 years in operations or client services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 2-4 years in operations or client services administration (3PL or eCommerce preferred).
• Experience with WMS and Microsoft Excel strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Print, collate, and distribute orders; monitor completion through WMS checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve order issues; escape complex problems appropriately.
• Maintain printer workflows and troubleshoot basic device issues.
• Upload and enter orders; set up/edit item masters; generate status and performance reports.
• Release special projects to Operations and ensure requirements are met.
