Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Operations Associates for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Santa Barbara, CA. Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, label, sort, and stage incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
• Organize inventory, maintain stock levels, and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all training, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment throughout the shift.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity, accuracy, and distribution goals.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Receive, unload, inspect, and process warehouse shipments.
• Pick, pack, label, sort, and stage products for distribution.
• Maintain organized inventory and support inventory counts and cycle audits.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines.

1 to 2 years of warehouse, shipping and receiving, logistics, inventory, or related operations experience preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience is helpful but not required.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, production, logistics, inventory control, or order fulfillment.
• Experience using warehouse equipment, scanners, labeling systems, or basic inventory tools.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn new processes.
