Job summary

PUMA Group is seeking a dedicated warehouse teammate to support a fast-paced production environment in Carlsbad, CA. You will handle mailroom, order picking, packaging, and general assembly support while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with 6+ months in warehouse or shipping preferred. You will need to read orders and BOMs, lift up to 50 pounds, and work a 5:30 AM–2:00 PM shift with possible Saturdays. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; education/work experience combined.
• Ability to read manufacturing orders, BOMs, and production documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain understanding of product offerings and differentiate products.
• Read and interpret manufacturing orders, BOMs, and work instructions to identify components.
• Maintain organized workstation and adhere to safety policies.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and identify when maintenance is needed.
• Participate in training and support mailroom, order picking, and assembly tasks.
• Support warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and material flow initiatives.
• Occassionally support cross-functional projects for other Cobra Puma Golf departments.
