Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Associate to read and interpret manufacturing orders and process domestic and international shipments in compliance with requirements.

You will generate labels, packing slips, invoices, and carrier documentation using WMS and carrier systems, while maintaining accurate shipping records across ERP/WMS. The role supports production and customer service teams, requires basic computer skills, and involves lifting up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in shipping, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, packing slips, and manufacturing orders.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems preferred.
• Experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight carrier systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret manufacturing orders to ensure correct shipping terms.
• Prepare and process domestic and international shipments in compliance with requirements.
• Generate and apply shipping labels, packing slips, and invoices using WMS and carrier systems.
• Maintain shipping records and manage ship complete process in ERP/WMS.
• Assist production and customer service with shipping inquiries/delays.
