Job summary

PUMA is seeking a motivated warehouse associate in Carlsbad, CA to support receiving, storage, and inventory control. You will operate forklifts, confirm counts, and help prepare shipments to distribution centers while maintaining a clean, organized warehouse.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and safety awareness, with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential overtime. Base pay is competitive with benefits and a bonus plan.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ months experience in warehouse or material handling preferred.
• Current forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret packing lists.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain understanding of product offerings and differentiate products.
• Support receiving activities, unload trucks, sort and count incoming materials.
• Maintain pallets, label and store materials according to standards.
• Collaborate with production planners and order pickers to support daily needs.
• Assist with daily cycle counts and inventory replenishment.
