Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support mailroom, order picking, packaging, and assembly.

You will read orders, maintain inventory, and ensure accurate material flow, while upholding safety standards in a fast-paced production environment. The role offers a 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM schedule Monday through Friday with overtime as needed, a base hourly wage of $16.90–$20.58 plus bonus and benefits, and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Good time management and ability to switch tasks while staying productive.
• Basic computer skills and experience with shipping systems preferred.
• Must work well in a team and support multiple warehouse functions.
• Ability to read orders, BOMs, and production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret manufacturing orders, BOMs, and work instructions to identify components.
• Maintain an organized workstation and follow safety, health, and environmental policies.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and report issues to supervisor.
• Support mailroom, order picking, and assembly support operations.
• Contribute to warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and material flow.
• Occasionally support cross‑functional projects for Cobra Puma Golf departments.
