Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is hiring for a warehouse packaging associate in Carlsbad, CA. You will assemble packaging, keep supplies stocked, and support daily production. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday 6:30AM–3:00PM with potential overtime including Saturdays. Base pay range is $16.90–$20.58 per hour plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent combined education/work experience.
• Able to read component part numbers and decipher styles.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble corrugated boxes, cartons, and packaging per specifications.
• Maintain a continuous supply of boxes and packaging materials.
• Organize and stage packaging materials to support daily schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisor for replenishment.
• Transport materials safely between storage locations and cells.
• Assist with headcover replenishment in assembly cells.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Manage cardboard recycling per safety and environmental standards.
• Perform housekeeping of production carts and maintain cleanliness.
• Support warehouse improvement initiatives on efficiency and flow.
