We are seeking a Warehouse Operations and Customer Service Associate to support our HVAC manufacturing client by managing warehouse tasks and providing excellent service at the counter.

This position involves a blend of warehouse duties including shipment processing, inventory management, and customer interaction at the sales counter. The ideal candidate is a team player comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, assisting wherever needed from warehouse floor to customer service desk.

Job Details

• PAY RATE: 20.00 hour
• HOURS: 7:30am to 4:30pm (M-F)
• LOCATION: Urbandale, IA 50323

• Hiring a Warehouse Associate with Forklift and Counter Sales or Customer Service experience to support an HVAC Manufacturing Organization that is the leader in climate control products. Need a team player who is okay with helping where needed in the store, someone who can support Warehouse Operations - not just forklift; whether working in the warehouse, at the counter helping customers or could be answering phones.
• Under general supervision, performs manual warehouse and computer clerical duties related to the shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment and finished products.
• Receives goods, verifies items against the record of shipment, and inspects condition.
• Gathers, verifies, and packs items for shipment according to specifications and the transportation method used. Records received and shipped items according to established procedures.
• Routes materials, supplies and equipment to inspection or stock areas.
• Completes written and computerized documentation.
• High School diploma or GED - Required
