Staff Perm in Bedford Park, IL is seeking a Counter Sales Associate II to assist customers in-store and over the phone, handle parts lookup, and support shipping/receiving. Forklift operation is required a few times per week to handle deliveries safely and efficiently.

This position is seasonal with the potential for hire; pay is $20.00 per hour, and hours are 6:00am to 3:00pm. A high school diploma or GED, counter sales experience, and computer skills are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and assist customers with parts lookup and orders.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services under supervision.
• Ensure proper stocking of Lennox-branded and HVAC-related products and supplies.
• Assist in unloading products and deliveries using forklift as needed.
• Communicate features, benefits, and warranty information to customers.
• Follow all safety, health, security, and environmental standards.
