Job summary

Dimerco Express Corp in South San Francisco is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team. You will receive and issue goods, verify dimensions, weight, and carton counts, and ensure accurate documentation.

Forklift experience is preferred and multi-tasking, detail-orientation, and teamwork are essential. You will label, count, photograph cargo during unloading, communicate with Customer Service, and ensure compliance with daily processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive & issue goods, ensure the accuracy of dimension, weight, and carton tally with documents attached.
• Check physical cargo upon receiving/hand-over from/to contractor.
• Labeling, piece count, and take picture during cargo unloading.
• Notify Customer Service & lane operator when difference or damage of the cargo.
• Follow lane operators' instruction for daily cargo receiving.
• Ensure all operations process in compliance.
• Conduct value-added services to customer, such as repacking, testing report, etc.
• Conduct documentation hand-over among terminal, office, and customs building on time.
• Quality control of daily warehouse operations, trucking and warehouse systems.
• Monitor shipment for delivery schedule on timely basis.
• Update daily report and prepare shipping & documents for customs & billing.
• Complete forklift operation training as needed.
• Any other assignments from management.
