Job summary

Dimerco Express Corp in Burlingame, CA is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to oversee daily customer service operations and ensure accurate order processing and shipment coordination. The role offers growth through training and a supportive environment, with salary based on experience.

You will interact with vendors, customers, and internal teams, manage documentation, and drive timely delivery while maintaining service quality. This is a full-time on-site position in California.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer service with customers, vendors and internal offices via emails, calls, messages, etc.
• Coordinate with agents and partners and ensure shipments are properly handled and documented.
• Process documentation for inbound/outbound orders and direct shipments.
• Manage complete order processing, data entry, pickup/delivery scheduling, system entry, and routing updates.
• Track shipments to ensure timeliness and update the system accordingly.
• Send pre-alerts and arrival notices to customers, 3PL partners, and offices.
• Issue invoices to internal offices and customers.
• Provide quotations in response to customers and internal requests including overseas partners.
• Handle and resolve order and operational troubleshooting.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Position:Customer Service Supervisor

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous customer service with customers, vendors and internal offices via e-mails, calls, messages, etc.

• Sort, process, and distribute all documentation for inbound and outgoing orders and direct shipments.
• Responsible for complete order processing, data entry, pickup/delivery scheduling, system entry, communicate with 3PL and trucking, routing and operational milestone updates.
• Manage all aspects of tracking shipments to ensure shipment is moving as scheduled and up date system immediately upon verification.
• Responsible for sending pre-alerts and arrival notices to customers, 3PLpartnersand internal offices.
• Issue invoices to internal offices and customers.
• Provide quotations in response to customers and internal requests including overseas partners.
• Handling and resolving order and operational troubleshooting
• Perform other jobs as assigned by management.
