Job summary

Dimerco Express Corp in the United States is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage AR/AP/GL/ACS entries and support monthly close processes. You will handle accounts receivable, posting costs, and bank reconciliations while contributing to weekly and quarterly reporting.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, and a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams in a global logistics environment.

Qualifications

• General accounting, AR/AP experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• AR/AP/GL/ACS accounting entries and bookkeeping.
• Accounts receivable management and reporting
• Check preparation, deposit and bank reconciliation
• Issue checks to Vendors and Employees' reimbursement.
• Posting of Approved Costs and DNs by Month-End to facilitate Closing.
• Assist in Financial Reporting for Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Close.
• Other assignment from the management whenever if necessary.
