Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator to manage inbound deliveries, locate materials in SAP-receipted locations, and replenish work cells. You will operate a sit-down forklift, follow FIFO, and prepare shipments, ensuring safety and accuracy across the warehouse.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, posting SAP transactions, and maintaining an audit-ready area while supporting production needs and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 3 years forklift experience preferred; current forklift license a plus.
• Consistent, reliable attendance and a strong personal safety record.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound raw materials and, once SAP receipts are posted, place items into warehouse locations.
• Replenish production work cells with glass and raw materials to support on-time builds for customers.
• Operate a sit-down forklift to position materials to component racks and staging areas.
• Follow FIFO when stocking component racks and work cells to minimize aging inventory.
• Execute SAP transactions for receipts, moves to work cells, and inventory adjustments as needed.
• Assist Shipping with loading and unloading trucks when required.
• Practice all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures; keep area orderly and audit-ready.

About the RolePicture a typical day: you start by reviewing inbound deliveries in SAP, receive raw materials, and complete the transactions that release stock to the floor. With a sit-down forklift, you move glass and other components to the right racks, keep production work cells supplied, and follow FIFO to ensure accuracy and speed.
