Qualifications

• Ability to meet physical demands and work in a labor-intensive setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material handler operations and warehouse tasks.
• Lead, motivate, and guide team members to meet production standards.
• Coordinate with client contact to discuss logistics requirements.
• Monitor accuracy, timeliness, and safety in all duties.
• Sign in/out personnel and verify timekeeping weekly totals.
• Train personnel on processes and procedures as needed.
• Move, store, and dispose of records according to guidelines.
• Operate pallets, streamliners, and related equipment as required.
