Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years' directly related experience in a NARA Federal Record Center or similar environment.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate, guide, inspire, and delegate.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts and understand weights/measurements.
• Ability to communicate and work in a team environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to maintain accuracy of data/file operations with <1% error rate.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Read/write/communicate in English at a proficient level.
• Valid State Driver's License.
• Ability to meet badge security requirements (National Agency Checks).
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to pass a fit-for-duty test.
• Able to perform in labor-intensive environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team, delegate tasks, foster collaboration.
• Meet with client to discuss logistics as needed.
• Monitor work for accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency with government personnel.
• Ensure conduct and security requirements are met by personnel.
• Act as liaison between contract staff and client to resolve issues.
• Escalate matters to COR/Project Manager appropriately.
• Ensure daily sign-in/out and correct time reporting.
• Remain onsite during work with limited exceptions.
• Learn work processes and assist with training personnel.
• Ensure labor tasks meet production standards.
• Locate containers/folders using pull lists; report discrepancies.
• Place containers on streamliners with proper labeling.
• Move records to Disposal Review Area and palletize/shrink wrap disposal containers.
• Validate manifests and shelve non-disposable records relocated.
• Retrieve batched requests and log processing times.
• Audit folders and stage for auditing; sign in completed batches.
• Retrieve documents for scanning, verify image quality, and rescan as needed.
• Use handheld devices for basic data entry and daily totals.
• Perform other warehouse, records management, or admin duties.
