Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift 30–50 pounds. A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass drug screening and background checks are required. Shifts 7:00–3:30 and 8:00–4:30 are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing) and measurements.
• Ability to communicate and work in a team environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain accuracy of less than 1% error rate in data and file operations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Read, write, and communicate in English at a level sufficient to perform job functions.
• Valid State Driver’s License.
• Ability to meet security requirements for obtaining a badge.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and employment background check.
• Ability to pass a fit-for-duty test.
• Ability to perform in a labor-intensive environment.

Responsibilities

• Locate containers or folders on shelving using pull lists or other reports; operate at heights up to 15' with a pulpit ladder.
• Remove containers from shelving; verify pull list accuracy; initial and deliver documentation to POC.
• Place containers on streamliners; ensure proper facing and visibility of identifying numbers.
• Move records to Disposal Review Area.
• Palletize containers for disposal; shrink wrap as needed.
• Verify space requirements; load and transport records; validate manifests and shelf non-disposable records.
• Retrieve batched requests and sign them in logs with pertinent times.
• Locate and pull requested files; mark and stage for auditing; sign in completed batches.
• Retrieve documents; prepare for scanning; verify image clarity; rescan if needed.
• Use handheld devices for basic data entry; assist with box list creation and daily totals.
• Perform other general warehouse, records management, or administrative duties as assigned.
