Advancia Technologies LLC seeks a Material Handler/Team Lead in Perris, CA to supervise warehouse operations, move and store materials, and ensure accurate records handling and disposal per established guidelines.

The role requires leadership, strong attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a duty-driven environment. Shift coverage includes 1st and 2nd shifts with on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of related experience in a federal records environment or similar.
• Strong leadership and delegation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Must meet security and background requirements; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead material handler operations and oversee safe movement, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Coordinate with client and COR/PM to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
• Monitor performance, enforce standards, and train personnel.
• Ensure accurate sign-in/out, time tracking, and daily labor reporting.
• Assist with packing, shelving, and disposal of records per procedures.
• Maintain records quality and perform basic data entry with handheld device.
