Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate with client contacts to plan logistics and tasks.
• Monitor accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of work performed.
• Ensure staff sign in/out and track weekly totals, maintain records.
• Move, shelve, and purge records per guidelines and disposal procedures.
