Advancia Technologies LLC is seeking a Material Handler/Team Lead in Miamisburg, OH. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years’ directly related experience in a Federal Records Center or similar work environment.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and delegation skills.
• Ability to communicate and work in a team environment.
• Must meet security, drug screen, background, and fit-for-duty requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of material handlers.
• Coordinate logistics with client point of contact to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor accuracy and efficiency of tasks; ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain sign-in/out procedures and accurate timekeeping.
• Oversee shelving, loading, palletizing, and disposal of records per guidelines.
• Train personnel and ensure adherence to safety and process procedures.
• Perform records retrieval, boxing, scanning prep, and data entry as needed.
• Move and stage materials in a warehouse/records environment.
