Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Moreno Valley, CA is seeking a warehouse associate to unload merchandise, stock products, and manage inventory across multiple storage locations. You will verify deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and help train new team members while following safety standards.

The role requires basic computer skills and teamwork, with additional welcome experience in RF-directed stocking and automotive parts knowledge; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to pass a company-standardized test.
• Team-oriented with good collaboration and communication.
• Able to read and match alphanumeric characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload merchandise from trailers, containers, and trucks.
• Match skid counts to proof of delivery documentation and note discrepancies.
• Receive product, stock from vendors, and manage returns and transfers.
• Store products from floor level to ceiling height using appropriate equipment.
• Research discrepancies, complete corrections, and release batches to inventory.
• Train team members and explain job duties to new staff; follow training schedules.
• All other duties as assigned.
