Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse associate to support distribution center functions in Moreno Valley, CA. You will handle inbound/outbound shipments, returns, and vendor returns while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include packing, staging, loading, and using RF scanners and WMS tools. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and compliance with company procedures and trainings.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including safe lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, store returns, warranty merchandise, acquisitions inventory, and vendor returns.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, WMS, and other warehouse technology as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution.
