Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle incoming product, stock inventory, and ensure accurate counts with Proof of Delivery documentation. You will operate in a team environment, follow safety procedures, and use RF scanning to locate and move parts. Training may be provided for new team members and processes.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, basic computer skills, and ability to read alphanumeric codes. A high school diploma and warehouse experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to read alphanumeric characters quickly.
• Must pass a company-standardized test.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Experience in a warehouse environment, RF directed stocking preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming product and ensure accurate inventory.
• Unload merchandise and match skid counts to POD.
• Stock product and store returns.
• Operate storage locations from floor to 72 inches high.
• Train new team members and ensure procedures are followed.
