Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts distribution center is seeking a warehouse associate to perform material handling across inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, and safety.

You will operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking, and WMS, while loading/unloading trailers and maintaining organized, safe work areas. Prior automotive parts experience and willingness to learn are a plus; adherence to safety standards is essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, returns, acquisitions inventory, and vendor returns.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, and WMS as required.
• Store and retrieve merchandise from floor locations and racks.
• Load and unload trailers and route trucks while protecting merchandise.
