Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an advanced warehouse operator to support distribution center operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, quality, and safety. You will handle inbound/outbound flows, returns, and acquisitions while maintaining productive workflows.

Use RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking, and WMS systems to move merchandise, load/unload trailers, and train teammates as needed. This is an on-site, full-time position within a fast-paced automotive parts environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction.
• Ability to support training and development of team members when assigned.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, returns, acquisitions inventory, and vendor returns according to policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, WMS, and other warehouse technology as required.
• Load and unload trailers and route trucks while ensuring merchandise is secured and protected from damage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution.
