Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse associate to support inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions within its distribution center. You will operate RF scanners and WMS, perform receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, and shipping with accuracy and safety in mind.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follow established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain a safe work environment and handle merchandise carefully.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF tech, and processes.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Prior experience with automotive parts or related merchandise.
• Experience operating WMS, RF scanners, or voice-picking equipment.
• Proficiency in one or more additional languages.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound/outbound shipments, returns, warranties, acquisitions inventory, and vendor returns per policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, WMS, and related warehouse tech.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, and discrepancy resolution.
• Load and unload trailers, route trucks, and secure shipments.
