Job summary

Conagra Brands in Waterloo, IA, is seeking a night-shift warehouse associate to support production and material flow. You will operate a forklift, stage raw materials, and ensure accurate inventory movement on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Responsibilities include moving products between production and warehouse areas, scanning items, maintaining SAP records, and generating labels. The role demands attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of forklift experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail when scanning, counting, and data entry.

Shift: 7:00 PM-7:30 AM

Hourly Rate: $26.00 an hour + $1.50 shift differential

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will support production and warehouse operations across the facility by supplying materials, staging ingredients, and ensuring accurate inventory movement during a night‑shift, 2-2-3 schedule.

Physical Requirements

• Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
• Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
• Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
