Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a warehouse associate in North Mankato, MN to support operations by safely moving, storing, and delivering materials and finished goods to meet daily production goals.

You will operate forklifts, pick and deliver materials using SAP and warehouse systems, and maintain inventory accuracy through labeling and cycle counts while ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse setting required.
• Ability to maintain inventory accuracy and perform labeling, transactions, and cycle counts.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to transport, stage, stack, and store raw materials and finished goods.
• Support production by accurately picking, delivering, and replenishing materials using SAP and warehouse inventory systems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through labeling, transactions, cycle counts, and documentation review.
• Receive, organize, store, and monitor warehouse inventory to ensure efficient material flow and proper stock management.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and quality checks while complying with safety and warehouse standards.
• Promote teamwork by supporting training and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment.

Job description

Shift: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $24.30 an hour + $1.50 shift differential

You will support warehouse operations by safely moving, storing, and delivering materials and finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring production teams have the materials needed to meet daily goals.

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport, stage, stack, and store raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Support production by accurately picking, delivering, and replenishing materials using SAP and warehouse inventory systems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through product labeling, inventory transactions, cycle count verification, and documentation review.
• Receive, organize, store, and monitor warehouse inventory to ensure efficient material flow and proper stock management.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and quality checks while maintaining compliance with safety, food safety, and warehouse standards.
• Promote a culture of teamwork by supporting training efforts and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment.

Physical Requirements

Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements can differ but include: Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time. Performing consistent repetitive tasks. Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
