Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk in Mankato, MN, for a 6pm–6am shift. The role focuses on accurate inventory control of raw materials, plant consumables, and finished goods to support production operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

You will operate forklifts, use SAP for inventory transactions, and participate in audits, dock scheduling, and continuous improvement while adhering to safety and quality

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED and one year of warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or manufacturing experience.
  • Forklift certification or successful completion of company forklift training and a valid state driver’s license.
  • Experience using SAP or other inventory management systems with a strong focus on inventory accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and warehouse documentation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory accuracy for raw materials, consumables, and finished goods using inventory management systems.
  • Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to receive, transport, store, and stage materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure production materials are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Investigate, reconcile, and report inventory discrepancies and support root cause analysis efforts.
  • Receive incoming materials and complete all required inventory transactions and documentation.
  • Assist with dock scheduling, shipment coordination, and warehouse workflow activities.
  • Perform inventory audits, cycle counts, and finished goods verification activities.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, sanitation standards, and secure storage practices.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance warehouse and inventory control processes.
  • Follow all safety, food safety, quality, and company policies while performing assigned duties.

Job description

Shift: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $26.40 an hour + $1.50 shift differential

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will maintain accurate inventory control of raw materials, plant consumables, and finished goods to support production operations. You will receive, store, and distribute materials throughout the facility while ensuring inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and safe material handling practices. You will also support production needs through effective inventory management, continuous improvement initiatives, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Physical Requirements
