Job summary

Conagra Brands in North Mankato, MN is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse operations by safely moving, storing, and delivering materials and finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy to meet daily production goals.

The role requires operating forklifts, using SAP and warehouse systems to pick, deliver and replenish materials, performing daily equipment inspections, and ensuring safety and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1+ years forklift experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule and overtime as needed to support business demands.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport, stage, stack, and store raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Support production by accurately picking, delivering, and replenishing materials using SAP and warehouse inventory systems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through product labeling, inventory transactions, cycle count verification, and documentation review.
• Receive, organize, store, and monitor warehouse inventory to ensure efficient material flow and proper stock management.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and quality checks while maintaining compliance with safety, food safety, and warehouse standards.
• Promote a culture of teamwork by supporting training efforts and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment.

Shift: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM Hourly Rate: $0.00 an hour. Reporting to the Material Planner, you will support warehouse operations by safely moving, storing, and delivering materials and finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring production teams have the materials needed to meet daily goals.

Physical Requirements
