Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Mankato, MN to maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods, receiving and distributing materials to support production. You will operate forklifts, manage stock moves, and ensure timely delivery of materials while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and experience with SAP or similar systems.

  • Forklift certification or completion of forklift training and a valid state driver’s license.
  • Experience using SAP or other inventory management systems with a focus on accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and warehouse documentation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory accuracy for raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
  • Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to receive, transport, store, and stage materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure on-time delivery of production materials.
  • Investigate, reconcile, and report inventory discrepancies and support root cause analysis.
  • Receive incoming materials and complete inventory transactions and documentation.
  • Assist with dock scheduling, shipment coordination, and warehouse workflow activities.
  • Perform inventory audits, cycle counts, and finished goods verification.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, sanitation, and secure storage practices.
  • Support continuous improvement of warehouse and inventory control processes.
  • Follow safety, food safety, quality, and company policies.

Job description

Shift: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM Hourly Rate: $26.40 an hour + $1.50 shift differential Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will maintain accurate inventory control of raw materials, plant consumables, and finished goods to support production operations. You will receive, store, and distribute materials throughout the facility while ensuring inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and safe material handling practices. You will also support production needs through effective inventory management, continuous improvement initiatives, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Ingredients Required for Your Success
  • High school diploma or GED and one year of warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or manufacturing experience.
  • Forklift certification or successful completion of company forklift training and a valid state driver's license.
  • Experience using SAP or other inventory management systems with a strong focus on inventory accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and warehouse documentation processes.
Physical Requirements
