Job summary

CS Power Systems, a division of Canadian Solar, seeks a Material Handler in Mesquite, TX to support production by delivering raw materials and maintaining ERP-based material balance. You will operate SAP and related systems, track inventory, and collaborate with teams to minimize line downtime and uphold safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in manufacturing, a High School diploma or GED, and the ability to work a 2x2x3 shift sequence in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of experience with production/material in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to work the continental shift 2x2x3, 12-hour shift.
• Demonstrated ability to complete the above responsibilities.
• Able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently.
• Attention to detail in all areas of work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver raw materials to production lines as needed.
• Operate with ERP system to balance raw materials.
• Handle material issues to minimize losses caused by line downtime.
• Ensure adherence to the Canadian Solar Solution Code of Business Conduct and company policies.
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and procedures.
• Complete other duties and projects assigned.

TheMaterial Handleris responsible for tasksinvolving physical laborin a manufacturingplant andwill be required to operate a variety of hand and power tools.(Sit Down Forklift and EPJ).

TheMaterial Handlerwill be responsible for the efficiency of products according to established proceduresfollowing all safetyprotocols and workplace policies to ensure profitable business operations.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Experience

• SAP, and ERP system skills
• Electric Pallet Jack and Sit-Down Forklift experience
• Inventory Control
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience with production/material in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability to complete the above responsibilities
