Nordex Group is seeking a Material Handling General Assistant (2nd shift) in West Branch, IA. The role supports warehouse operations, updates inventory systems, and ensures timely material availability for production.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of warehouse administration experience, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and ERP systems. Driving is an essential function; strong English communication is necessary.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
1 year warehouse management/administration experience preferred.
Proficiency with Word and Excel for data entry and reports.
Familiarity with ERP systems to update inventory records and reports.
Strong English communication.
Ability to read and understand delivery notes and reports in English.
Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory records.
Ability to plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Experience working with teams and delegating tasks.
Valid driver''s license; driving is an essential function.

Responsibilities

Receive and verify delivery notes against purchase orders.
Update the warehouse management system with received quantities and part numbers.
Monitor stock levels and conduct stock counts.
Reconcile discrepancies in inventory records.
Transfer materials to production lines per schedule.
Record material transfers and track inventory movement.
Ensure materials availability for manufacturing processes.
Record material consumption in the system module (mho-hub-dtr).
Perform other duties as assigned.
