Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of warehouse management/administration experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) for data entry and reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems to update inventory and generate reports.
• Strong English communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license; driving is an essential function.

Responsibilities

• Receive delivery notes and verify against purchase orders.
• Update the warehouse system with quantities and part numbers.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular counts.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Transfer materials to production lines per schedule.
• Record material consumption in the system.
• Support other warehouse duties as needed.
