Job summary

O'Reilly Automotive Stores is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Massachusetts distribution center. You will handle inbound/outbound shipments, stock management, and order fulfillment, using RF scanners and WMS workflows to ensure accuracy.

You will maintain safety standards, assist with vendor returns, and support inventory integrity through audits and precise documentation. This role offers competitive pay and benefits in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
Follow established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
Maintain safe work environment, including lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.
Experience in fast-paced warehouse environments.
Experience with WMS, RF scanners, or voice-picking equipment.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, store returns, warranty merchandise, acquisitions inventory, and vendor returns according to policy.
Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, WMS, and other warehouse technology as required.
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution procedures.
Rebox, relabel, sort, and prepare merchandise for shipment or inventory placement as needed.
