Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse associate to perform distribution center material handling duties that support inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions operations. You will process and move merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in a fast-paced warehouse, operates RF scanners and WMS, and can safely lift, sort, pack, and ship merchandise.

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to accurately match item numbers, quantities, and shipping documents.
• Experience operating warehouse systems and RF technology.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise.
• Match documentation with physical merchandise and ensure accuracy.
• Process inbound/outbound shipments, returns, and vendor returns per policy.
• Operate RF scanners, voice-picking systems, and WMS.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and safe handling of merchandise.
• Follow safety standards and keep work areas clean.
