Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a distribution center associate to perform material handling and inventory control across inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions operations. You will process and move merchandise, operate RF/WMS tools, and ensure accuracy, quality, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Essential duties include receiving, unloading, sorting, stocking, packing, staging, and shipping merchandise, with emphasis on accuracy and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, returns, acquisitions inventory, and vendor returns according to policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, and WMS as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution.
