Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse associate to perform material handling in the distribution center, ensuring accuracy, safety, and productivity. You will process inbound and outbound shipments, returns, and vendor returns while using RF scanners, voice-picking, and WMS systems.

The role requires capability to lift, move, and store merchandise, adherence to procedures, and willingness to learn the systems used in our center.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match item numbers, quantities, and documents.
• Comply with established safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Experience with warehouse tech such as WMS and RF devices.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately.
• Match shipping docs with physical merchandise and resolve discrepancies.
• Process inbound/outbound/store returns per policy.
• Operate RF scanners, voice-picking, and WMS systems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and clean, safe work areas.
• Identify unsafe conditions and report to leadership.
