Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is hiring for a warehouse associate in Massachusetts. The role involves unloading merchandise, stocking products, and ensuring accurate inventory through RF scanning and careful documentation. You will also participate in training new team members and supporting daily DC operations.

Strong teamwork, basic computer skills, and the ability to read numbers and letters quickly are required. A GED and warehouse experience with RF systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and the ability to pass a company-standardized test.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must read and match numerical/alphabetical characters quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Unload merchandise from trailers and stock warehouse.
• Match skid counts to delivery documentation and note discrepancies.
• Place products in storage locations and operate equipment to stack up to ceiling height.
• Train teammates on the DC target training program and ensure documentation is complete.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
