Job summary

Service Steel Aerospace is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler in Canton, Ohio to support metals processing and distribution. You will operate forklifts, cranes, and band saws, and ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.

Shift is Wed-Sat 6:30 am to 5:00 pm. You will follow safety and quality procedures, input data into the inventory system, and work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or metal distribution environment preferred.
• Ability to safely operate forklift, overhead crane, side loader, or order picker.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and work order data entry.
• Ability to read work orders and follow written instructions.
• Ability to use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers).
• Strong attention to detail and safety/quality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Move inventory or equipment and fill customer orders.
• Operate forklift, cranes, side loaders, and band saws.
• Input data into the inventory system and review work orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety procedures and quality standards.
